● Xiao-Yan Wen, PhD

Founder, Chairman, and Chief Scientist of ZebraPeutics (Zhongshan) Ltd, is an international leader in zebrafish disease modeling and drug screening. He was appointed as the Global Talent Attraction Consultant of Zhongshan as well as the Oversea Council Member of Zhongshan People's Association for Friendship with Foreign Countries.

As a pioneer in the field with over 20 years of expertise in disease modeling, Professor Wen was among the first to utilize zebrafish embryos as a platform for novel drug screening. He founded the internationally renowned "Zebrafish Centre for Advanced Drug Discovery, ZCADD" in Canada, created an advanced automated zebrafish drug screening platform, and obtained 5 small molecule drug patents.

Professor Wen collaborated with numerous domestic and foreign enterprises (including Johnson&Johnson and Eli Lilly) and launched and hosted the biennial international Zebrafish for Personalized & Precision Medicine Conference (ZPPM) with a profound impact in the industry.

● Dr. Zhiyong Le，EMBA

CEO, ZebraPeutics (Zhongshan) Ltd; Dr. Lee is a national level expert in new drug research and development, expert in the National Administration of Traditional Chinese Medicine, and an industrial expert in CDE policy consultation.

Dr. Le is a pharmaceutical executive for over 20 years, responsible for new drug R&D, production, and market promotion, and has experience in developing of new drugs for stroke.

● Yuanyuan Zhao, MSc

Financial Director, and Chairman Assistant of ZebraPeutics. She previously engaged in zebrafish research on the efficacy of health products and is currently responsible for project application and financial management. She successfully applied for two national projects, four provincial projects, and two municipal projects. She also published six papers, authored one book (deputy editor in chief), and is a co-inventor on a small molecule drug patent.

● Jianhong Xia, PhD

Director, Zebrafish Research Laboratory at ZebraPeutics. Dr. Xia has many years of research and industrial experiences in life sciences and drug development.  He is an expert in gene editing, animal model construction, and evaluation.  He has obtained one national Natural Science Foundation grant and one Guangdong Provincial Natural Science Foundation grant and has published multiple scientific  papers in leading journals such as Nature Communications.
